ML Evolution Inc. is a Canadian company headquartered in Toronto, specialized in the importation and distribution of premium Italian chestnuts across North America.
We are not a trading company. We are the North American commercial arm of a vertically integrated Italian agricultural operation. Which means we bring to the Canadian and U.S. markets a product we know inside out, from the soil it grows in to the shelf it lands on.

Founded in 1940 in Italy, Cooperativa Agricola Melchiorre is the agricultural backbone of our entire operation. With over 200 hectares of certified chestnut groves under direct management, the Cooperative has built more than eight decades of expertise in cultivation, harvesting and processing of premium Italian chestnuts.
