Through our direct partnership with Cooperativa Agricola Melchiorre, founded in Italy in 1940, we control every step of the supply chain: from cultivation on our 100+ hectares of Italian farmland, through harvesting, processing and packaging, to distribution across Canada.
This means one thing for our retail partners: consistent quality, guaranteed traceability, and a supplier you can trust.
